» Symbols used throughout the App:

= view and edit your information (also delete within here)

= appears on the main page boxes to advise which ones have information in them.

= download a spreadsheet of the information stored in your Organiser.

= add new information.

IMPORTANT

Once SAVED any update you have made is instant & no previous version is available. If you have uploaded a document and in the future save a new one in it's place, this automatically replaces the old version. So if you have worked on a document, you should go to Edit and replace it so you have the latest copy saved.

When you download your information, this only works one way (downloadable). You cannot amend the file and upload the info into your Organiser. You can of course store the file in your organiser as an attachment.
